This provides time domain extensions that allow for more useful retrieval of time-series data from these tables, surpassing the functionality of Microsoft Transact-SQL. The customer can join data across multiple tables in order to retrieve data efficiently.

High Availability and Business Continuity

Historian Client maximises use of Historian redundancy capabilities. Should the primary historian go offline, the Historian Client automatically switches to a secondary historian. When the primary historian is back online again, Historian Client automatically switches back to the primary, without any interruption to the user.
